Strategic Portfolio Development
888 Group’s property investment strategy focuses on distinctive, income-generating real estate in high-potential lifestyle and tourism destinations. Our initial property holdings are centered in the Abruzzo region of Italy, a scenic and culturally rich area that combines coastal access, mountain landscapes, and historic villages — making it an attractive destination for both domestic and international travelers.
Located within an hour of Abruzzo International Airport and the Adriatic coastline, and just two to three hours from Rome, the portfolio benefits from exceptional connectivity. In addition, all properties are positioned within 20 minutes to one hour of premier ski resorts, making Abruzzo a true four-season destination — ideal for summer beachgoers, cultural travelers in spring and autumn, and winter sports enthusiasts.
The portfolio comprises a diverse range of properties, from charming studio apartments in historic hilltop villages to spacious country houses and villas designed for family or group stays. This mix enables a flexible rental strategy, catering to a broad visitor demographic and supporting strong year-round occupancy.
All properties are professionally managed by trusted third-party partners in collaboration with a leading local real estate agency, ensuring operational efficiency, consistent revenue performance, and high-quality guest experiences.

Fractional Ownership
Invest from as Little as 100 Euros
Fractional ownership in the Abruzzo Italian portfolio of 888 Group offers investors the opportunity to access premium real estate in one of Italy’s most promising regions — without needing to buy an entire property. Starting from just €100 per share in a €50,000 fund, investors obtain a pro rata ownership of the portfolio, which is composed of carefully selected residential and hospitality properties across Abruzzo. Each share directly represents a portion of the fund’s assets, ensuring that every investor participates in both the income and capital growth of the portfolio.
As part of this structure, shareholders are entitled to a proportional share of the returns generated by the Abruzzo properties. This includes income from seasonal rentals, long-term leasing, tourism-related activities, and any proceeds from future sales of the properties within the portfolio.
For example, an investor holding 1% of the fund receives 1% of the net income and any capital gains realized by the group. All income is pooled and distributed on a transparent, pro rata basis, aligning the interests of all shareholders.
In addition to the ongoing income, investors benefit from potential property appreciation in Abruzzo’s growing real estate market. The region’s popularity as a lifestyle and tourism destination continues to rise, which may enhance the value of the underlying assets over time. This allows even small-scale investors to tap into the Italian property market alongside 888 Group’s experienced management team, who handle all operational, legal, and administrative aspects. In short, fractional ownership gives investors a real stake in real property, while enjoying the ease, flexibility, and earning potential of a professionally managed portfolio.
About Abruzzo
One of Italy's Underrated Gems
Nestled between the Adriatic Sea and the majestic Apennine Mountains, Abruzzo is one of Italy’s most underrated gems — a region that combines stunning natural beauty with authentic Italian culture and an enviable climate. Known for its mild Mediterranean weather, Abruzzo offers warm, sunny summers and crisp, mild winters. Its unique geography means you can spend the morning skiing on snow-capped peaks and the afternoon relaxing by the sea — an attractive feature for both tourists and property investors seeking year-round appeal.
Abruzzo is increasingly becoming a popular destination for international visitors seeking an authentic Italian experience without the crowds and inflated prices of Tuscany or the Amalfi Coast. Its charming medieval villages, Blue Flag beaches, and pristine national parks attract tourists who value culture, history, and natural beauty. With excellent local food and wine, vibrant festivals, and a slower pace of life, the region embodies the quintessential Italian lifestyle that many travelers — particularly from Northern Europe and North America — are looking to experience.
